When you use the contact form, we process your name, email address and message to respond to your enquiry. The information is sent to Angela Firkins by email. It is not used for advertising.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries relating to a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract. For other enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in responding. This information is necessary to process your enquiry. Without it, we cannot respond through the form.
The form is processed through Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc., USA). The information is stored there as a form submission and may be sent to Angela Firkins as an email notification. Details of data processing, storage locations and possible transfers to the USA must be checked against the actual configuration and added before the public launch.
We retain enquiries only for as long as needed to process them and comply with any statutory retention requirements. The specific retention period will be determined before publication.
